PHACE brings together six public health organizations to strengthen advocacy, share data, and support healthier communities across New Jersey.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a forum wherein all public health disciplines are equally represented, via the leadership of the recognized New Jersey public health associations, to foster a single voice and face for the advancement of public health in New Jersey.

Supports local health departments through leadership, advocacy, collaboration, and professional resources.

Promotes and supports public health nursing in New Jersey through community action, preventive health efforts, and emergency preparedness.

Supports the professional growth of environmental health specialists and strengthens public health practice and policy.

New Jersey Local Boards of Health Association

Supports local board of health members through meetings, education, and orientation. It serves as a voice on public health issues at the state and national level.
